Tuesday, the team in Chile visited a school for children with special needs. They were able to visit some of the classrooms where the older students learned how to upcycle clothing, one where they made items out of leather, a shop type class where they made items out of bottlecaps and furniture.
They also got to share the love of baking with one class where they taught the students how to make Snickerdoodles!
The team began their painting project in the grand foyer of the House of Hope – braving heights and painting from balconies!
The devotional time with beautiful sounds of praise sung in Spanish and English were not only music to God’s ears, but to each others.
