Hello Family and Friends, Team One has left the house and it is now up to Team Two to complete the work. Pray for us as we are a Team of 3.5 people. However God knows what we need to get the work done and has sent us 29 students plus two great teachers from Nido, a private school way on the other side of Santiago. This is their week without walls. We have them for 5 days and we plan to get as much work out of them as possible They are volunteers and we have already had them for three days. They are a great bunch of kids from freshman to seniors and from all over the world. They are helping us to install insulation and dig a trench for our water line. It is amazing to watch them work and eat. Thank you Nido !
On Sunday [ the day before our week without walls kids showed up ] we had the opportunity to visit one of our Spanish speaking churches, the Penalolen Church. It was a great service. The church allowed us time for Daniel and I to update them on our ministries and sell some of our micro business items. We felt so welcomed and appreciated. Thank you Pastor Elias for allowing us to come.
After the church service we headed to one of our favorite shopping places, Los Dominico’s for some shopping and good eating. After a brief unexpected rain fall and it getting colder we headed home for a time of relaxation and fellowship.
Please continue to pray for the Team and the girls as they continue with their studies. God bless !
